Q. Is ordering online secure?
A. Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our website encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.

Q. How do I place my order?
A. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account.
If you expect to purchase additional materials from Kahari or to download any of our electronic format resources in the future, you may want to consider setting up an account. If you choose to do so, our site will maintain on file your billing and shipping information as well as your payment data so you do not have to fill out this information each time you visit our secure server. You will also have the ability to view your complete history of purchasing at Kahari.
Once you have decided how to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your delivery information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.
After providing this information, you will need to click on the "Click to calculate shipping" button to determine your delivery charge, if applicable. Please note that if you are purchasing electronic versions of our publications (PDF, Kindle, etc), you will be asked to calculate shipping costs even though you will not be charged a shipping fee. If you have a valid promotional code, you may enter it in the "Coupon Discount" field directly beneath the shipping information. Be sure to click on the "Apply to Order" button in order to have your savings calculated and applied to your order.
After completing the shipping and coupon discount information, you will need to enter in your payment details. Once you have completed the form, click on the "Review Order" button. You will be brought to a screen that provides an order summary. Once you are ready to complete your order, click on the "Submit order" button to the lower right of your screen. You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.

Q. Can I copy and freely distribute PDFs that I download from your website?
A. PDFs and ebooks that are downloaded from our site are intended for individual use only. Customers interested in distributing our materials to students or posting them on another website will need to contact Kahari for permission and/or to obtain licensing information.
Q. How will I know that you have received my order?
A. After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.
You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you).
Q. What are your shipping and handling rates?
A. We offer flat rate shipping, which is $10. We also offer a flat rate option for Express shipments, which is $25. You may choose the option you want at checkout. Please keep in mind that custom orders may not qualify for Express shipping since more time is needed in order to complete the request.
Q. What are your payment options?
A. We accept four types of major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as checks, and wire transfers (for international customers only).
All checks submitted for payment should be made payable to "Kahari." Note that checks must be written in U.S. Dollars and must be drawn from a U.S. bank. Any international checks received that are drawn from an international bank will be returned. Also, when placing an order with a check, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping and handling costs.
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, you’ll need to contact us at email@example.com.
- Make sure the item is in resalable condition.
- Enclose a copy of your invoice. Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned item so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
- Ship the package to our returns department (provided via email). To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it by USPS.
Q. Can I "return" a purchase of an item in electronic format (PDF, Kindle, etc.)?
A. All PDF and ebook purchases are final. There are no returns for these items. If you have a problem downloading the material, please email us for a resolution to the problem.
Q. How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?
A. All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of the order being placed. Purchases shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 7-10 business days of the order date. Orders being shipped outside of the United States generally arrive within 3-4 weeks of the order date. If you are receiving a customized order, bear in mind that the processing & shipping time may vary. For example, a single layette takes 3 days to complete. After completion, the product must be shipped, which can take an additional 7-10 business days. This will be communicated to you via email once the transaction is completed.
Q. Can I submit a customized order?
A. Yes. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a customized order. We will verify the details with you, and then we will send a quote for the custom order via email. You may also use the CONTACT PAGE to submit a customized order request. Remember to provide as much detail as possible on what item you want to customize. All items we produce can be customized for you (t-shirts, headbands, onesies, layettes, etc.). We carry a continuous stock of Newborn (NB) sizes. These options are available via the customization selection. Here you can choose additional sizes such as 3M, 6M, 9M, 12M, 18M, and 24M. We also carry an assortment of different colors of youth shirts. If you see a design and would like it on a different color shirt, there is an additional $10.00 charge. If you select CUSTOM ORDER at checkout, please email us your t-shirt color at email@example.com. Please include your order number and shirt size.

Q. How do I care for my garment(s)?
A. Washing Garments Printed with Transfers (T-Shirts & Onesies)
- The garment must be turned in side out.
- Wash in cold to lukewarm water.
- Do not use any harsh detergents or any type of bleach.
- Dryers on normal settings may be used.
- DO NOT IRON.
Ink / Bubble Jet Transfers:
- Use cold or warm water.
- Do not use any harsh detergents or any type of bleach.
- Turn your garment inside out.
- Set your washer to your normal setting and wash.
- Place in dryer using normal settings.
Care for Tutu(s):
OUR TUTU DESIGNS ARE MADE FROM PREMIUM 100% NYLON TULLE MADE IN THE USA.
When receiving your tutu, make sure to shake, finger-comb and fluff the layers of the tutu. Gently comb your fingers through the tulle from the waist down to the hem of the tutu. By doing so, you will remove all twisting, crumpling or knots. Hang up the tutu on a skirt hanger or other clipped hanger. Our tutu's come packaged in tissue paper. After each use, it is important to preserve the tutu's shape by following these care instructions.
HOW TO STRAIGHTEN WRINKLED TUTU SKIRT / DRESS
Use steam from a hot shower, hair dryer, clothing steamer or dehumidifier to remove wrinkles. Make sure to hang tutu on hanger and slowly move tutu back and forth and comb fingers through until the tutu is straight and fluffy again. We recommend turning the tutu inside out first and then flip it.
HOW TO CLEAN TUTU SKIRT / DRESS
Spot Clean Only. Use soap and water, rinse, straighten and then hang dry. You can hand wash the tutu, but DO NOT wash in washing machine (this will destroy the tutu).
HOW TO REMOVE STATIC
Tutus are made of fabric tulle, therefore static will be an issue from time to time. There are a few ways to treat static: 1) Use a spray bottle and combine lukewarm water and 2 tbsp of liquid fabric softener and mix vigorously. Mist each layer lightly from hem to waistband (do no over mist) and let hang dry; 2) Wipe each layer strip of tulle with a fabric softener sheet; 3) Spritz lightly with water and let hang dry.
